Dr Scott Wilmot - Director
Dr Wilmot grew up in Sarina, North Queensland, moving to Brisbane to study medicine at the University of Queensland. Following graduation in 1993, Dr Wilmot commenced his medical career at Nambour General Hospital completing 2 years of work before traveling overseas during most of 1996.

Upon his return, Dr Wilmot was drawn to General Practice, working in Nambour, Cooroy and Gympie, before attaining his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2000.

A strong procedural interest led to work in the field of skin cancer medicine, and the establishment of the SolarDerm group with Dr Larry Bull. He enjoys every facet of melanoma and skin cancer work along with the day-to-day management of SolarDerm Clinics, and takes great pride in the level of care being provided to the people of Queensland.

Hours outside work are devoted to family life, the all-to-infrequent game of golf, and with a wife, and three young children, the time is very well spent.

Dr Rodney Campbell, MBBS

Born Armidale, NSW. Educated in Canberra and Sydney (UNSW). Post graduate training and residency through St Vincents Hospital Darlinghurst and peripherals.
Admitted to Family Medicine Program with Attachments at Cessnock in the Hunger Valley, St Margaret’s Hospital, Sydney, and Calvary Hospital, Belconnen in the ACT. Established private general practice in Nowra, NSW in 1983 with admitting rights to both public and private Hospitals. At the time of leaving this practice in 2004 it was a five doctor practice, and rapidly growing.
I have always had an interest in surgery, and in particular, skin cancer, having had several in the family suffer from same. I have attended several training courses in surgery and dermatoscopy (mostly with profess Bill McCarthy of Sydney University)

Jennifer Tucker - Practice Manager
Originally a Melbourne girl, I moved to Kerang in country Victoria in late 70’s, where we raised our 3 sons. I was actively involved with the administration of my husband’s manufacturing business and when the boys got a little older, became a working partner in a fashion boutique. Since 1994 until 2007, I was a Practice Manager in a busy rural practice. 1997 saw us purchase a 300 acre irrigation property where we bred Charolais beef cattle. In 2001, I decided to study for formal qualifications in Practice Management.
In 2007 we made move from the bush to the beach, settling on the side of Mount Coolum, in a renovators delight. Since our arrival I have been working as a Practice Manager, in corporate heath. I am also a qualified trainer, facilitating medical reception courses for new entrants to the industry on a casual basis.

My role at Solarderm is to provide leadership to all. I am responsible for the effective management and operations of the group so as we can continue to offer high quality care to our patients. I’m delighted to be a member of the Solarderm team, whose focus is the ongoing early detection and treatment of all skin cancers.

Michelle Hulton - Receptionist
I enjoy a very rich and rewarding working career in several different fields over the last three decades, mainly covering service and hospitality industries, here in Australia since 1999, as well as my birthplace, New Zealand and in the UK in the 1980’s.
Having previously worked in two medical receptionist roles in Maleny where my Aussie husband and I live, I am delighted to be part of the Nambour SolarDerm team. Working with people is what I enjoy most and I look forward to a long and happy association with this innovative and supportive company.

Sue Wilson - Receptionist
I have been employed with SolarDerm for 16 months. I originally worked between the Caboolture and Nambour clinics but am now solely at Nambour. I have been a Medical Receptionist for about 5 years and really enjoy working in this field.

Sonja Pilkington - Receptionist
Born in Brisbane, I moved to the Coast as a child and completed my education before starting working life with an accounting firm at Noosa Heads. While travelling I met and married my husband and moved to New Zealand where we lived for a number of years. During this time I continued working for Accounting firms until the birth of the first of our 4 children. At this time I took over the administration of my husbands business and assisted him in some of his design work. A change in career paths for my husband saw us relocate back to the coast last year. Since then one of our children has graduated and commenced working in her chosen field, while the other 3 are still at school.

I commenced working at Solarderm in July 2008 and have found it a challenging experience, but one that has been assisted greatly by the supportive staff at Solarderm.

Inez Wooldrage- Practice Nurse
I was born and educated in New Zealand. Once qualified I enjoyed adventure travelling and working in various parts of the world before settling down in picturesque Victoria. I worked in several hospitals, Public and Private, throughout Melbourne, whilst also relishing in the joy of marriage and childbirth. As many southerners do I caught the sunshine bug and moved to the Sunshine Coast. Since being on the coast I have worked in Aged Care, owned management rights for a Motel and now enjoy being part of the team at Solarderm Nambour.
